1. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for purchases made through Anweety Jewels is ₹349.The applicable minimum order requirement will be displayed on the website and must be met before an order can be placed.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the eligible order value and are displayed at cart or checkout before the order is confirmed.
Our current standard shipping terms are:
- Orders below ₹499: ₹30 shipping charge
- Orders of ₹499 and above: FREE standard shipping
Free-shipping eligibility is determined according to the qualifying order value and applicable promotional conditions displayed at the time of purchase.Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds may be revised periodically. Any applicable charge will always be displayed before the customer completes the order.
3. Promotional Discounts
Anweety Jewels currently offers the following order-value-based discounts:

The highest applicable discount tier will apply according to the qualifying order value and the promotional conditions displayed on the website.

Promotional offers, discount thresholds and related terms may be revised from time to time. The applicable discount and final payable amount will be clearly displayed at cart or checkout before the order is placed.
4. Payment Options
Anweety Jewels accepts prepaid online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability at checkout.
Prepaid payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other payment options supported and displayed by Razorpay.
For prepaid orders, processing begins after successful payment confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
A ₹20 COD handling fee applies to orders placed using Cash on Delivery.
The COD handling fee is separate from the standard shipping charge. Therefore, an order that qualifies for free shipping may still attract the ₹20 COD handling fee if COD is selected as the payment method.
COD availability is subject to courier serviceability and the options displayed at checkout.
6. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders or order confirmation for COD orders.
Processing or dispatch may take additional time during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive available shipment and tracking information through the contact details provided with the order.
7. Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery dates may be displayed based on the delivery PIN code entered by the customer.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and represent the expected delivery timeframe based on available courier information. They do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Actual delivery may occasionally be affected by courier operations, the delivery location, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. PIN Code Serviceability
Orders can be delivered only to PIN codes serviceable by our available logistics partners.
Customers may check delivery availability and the estimated delivery date using the PIN-code delivery checker available on eligible product pages.
Courier serviceability may change due to operational circumstances. If we are unable to dispatch an order to the address provided, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate resolution will be offered.
9. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.
Please allow reasonable time after shipment for the courier tracking system to update.
Tracking events and transit updates are provided by the applicable logistics partner and may occasionally be delayed.
10. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, PIN code and contact number while placing an order.
Customers should carefully verify these details before confirming their purchase.
If an address correction is required, please contact Anweety Jewels as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated before dispatch where operationally feasible.
Once an order has been dispatched, modification of the delivery address may not be possible.
11. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
A shipment may be returned to Anweety Jewels if delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Repeated customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the shipment
- Failure to respond to reasonable delivery attempts
For prepaid orders returned to us as RTO, any eligible refund will generally be processed after the shipment has been received back by Anweety Jewels.
Applicable forward shipping, return shipping or RTO charges may be deducted from an eligible refund where appropriate and permitted by law.
Repeated refusal or avoidable RTO of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future orders.
12. Delayed Shipments
We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
Occasional delays may occur because of courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, transportation issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is significantly delayed, customers may contact us with their order number for assistance.
13. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If a parcel appears significantly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to exercise appropriate caution.
Any issue involving a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing product should be reported to Anweety Jewels within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Customers should retain the original packaging and provide the required photographs and continuous unedited unboxing video for claim verification, where applicable.
14. Offers, Returns & Refund Adjustments
Free shipping, promotional discounts, coupons, complimentary gifts and other benefits may be subject to specific eligibility conditions.
Where an order is cancelled, returned or partially refunded, promotional benefits and the refundable amount may be recalculated according to the applicable offer conditions.
Shipping charges, COD handling fees, RTO charges and other applicable non-refundable charges may be excluded from an eligible refund where permitted by law and as described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
